Please read these terms carefully before using HandmadeHub. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Account Registration
  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Sellers must verify their identity and provide valid documentation (e.g., FSSAI for food products).
  • HandmadeHub reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate our policies.
2. Privacy & Data Protection
  • Buyer and seller personal information (phone, email, address) is kept confidential.
  • Only names are visible between buyers and sellers during transactions.
  • We do not share your data with third parties without consent.
  • All payment information is processed securely through our payment partners.
3. Payments & Fees
  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Platform commission of 6% is deducted from seller earnings on each sale.
  • GST at 5% is applied to all purchases as per government regulations.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Shipping & Delivery
  • Delivery is handled by our partner logistics providers (QuickShip, LocalCourier, etc.).
  • Delivery charges are calculated based on the selected partner and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided but may vary based on location and availability.
  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.
5. Seller Obligations
  • Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Food sellers must upload valid FSSAI certification for compliance.
  • Sellers are responsible for packaging products safely for transit.
  • Sellers must fulfill orders within the specified timeframe or face penalties.
6. Prohibited Items
  • Counterfeit or replica products are strictly prohibited.
  • Items that infringe on intellectual property rights cannot be listed.
  • Hazardous materials, weapons, and illegal substances are banned.
  • Products must comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.
